On this 4-hour tour, your guide will take you on a ferry ride to Liberty and Ellis Island, with priority access at the security checkpoint (no long waits!). The ride offers some of the best views of the Manhattan skyline, so have your camera ready!
Once on Liberty Island, you’ll hear the incredible story of how France gifted the statue to the U.S. in 1886 and how it became a beacon of hope for millions of immigrants. You’ll also visit the Statue of Liberty Museum to dive deeper into its history and cultural significance.
After soaking in the views and stories, we’ll hop over to Ellis Island. Here, you’ll step into the shoes of the 12 million immigrants who passed through these halls, exploring the National Museum of Immigration. - Due to regulations, the guide might not be able to join you inside the museums. However, the guide will offer a full explanation of what you will experience within.
- Security check to go on board the ferry can take up to 2 hours depending on the affluence. We recommend taking a hat, a bottle of water and sunscreen in summer.
- The tour is bilingual (Spanish-English).

- Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the tour starts (we begin at 9:30 am sharp!).
- On busy days, there might be some waiting for the ferry or monuments, so just sit back and enjoy the view!
