Viabam offers the services that are displayed on the website, such as tours, transfers, among others, according to the price indicated there.
For contracting, the buyer must follow the steps specified in the aforementioned website and once the requested information has been provided, Viabam will send it to the contracted service provider, regardless of the nature of the service.
Payments can be made with a credit or debit card, through PayPal or Stripe payment platforms, who will be solely responsible for the data provided by the buyer, since at no time Viabam will they be aware of the numbers of the cards used for the purchase. Any problem related to the payment or misuse of this type of data, PayPal or Stripe, as the case may be, will be the sole responsibility.
In cases where this is expressly indicated, the buyer or participant may pay by bank transfer, for which Viabam will indicate the bank details. At no time Viabam will be responsible for any error in the transfer or problems that the buyer or participant has with the bank.
Changes and refunds are subject to the sales policy of the contracted service provider. By virtue of this, if the buyer decides to cancel or not use the service, he must abide by the current refund policy when he contracted the service. The buyer must write to the email soporte@viabam.com. Then Viabam will contact the service provider for the purpose of finding out what the sales policy was applying at the time of the request for exchange or refund by the buyer; or to modify the date of contracting the service.
If there is a discount, it must be applied before making the purchase. After the payment is processed, the discount amount will not be refunded.
