  • We'll continue on to the Raval neighbourhood, where you'll walk through streets that witnessed ambushes and street battles, discovering some of the vestiges that have survived to the present day.
  • In the old Hospital de la Santa Creu in Barcelona, you'll hear stories of young fighters on fire and civilians trying to escape the crossfire.
  • La Placeta del Pi will offer us a glimpse of post-war Barcelona. We will reflect on how the city began the process of reconstruction and reconciliation.
  • We’ll visit the beautiful Plaça Sant Felip Neri, which still bears the visible scars of the Civil War. We will examine how this space has been scarred by history and deliberate on the importance of preserving collective memory.
  • Finally, we will arrive at Plaça Sant Jaume, a place that witnessed the last moments of the Battle of Barcelona. There, we will analyze the epilogue of this conflict and reflect on how the city recovered and rebuilt itself after the war.
