Itinerary

We will begin our walk at Caleta Beach, known not only for its breathtaking beauty, but also for the mysterious paranormal phenomena that surround it, such as the unusual sightings of UFOs in the nearby Castillo de San Sebastian, built in 1706. Will we see any too?

Here, according to recent research, they performed prayers and chilling sacrifices to their gods.

From here, we will head to the Faculty of Economics, a former hospital that hides a dark history. Here, students and staff alike have experienced unexplained noises, lights that flicker for no reason and doors that open on their own.

In addition, the city harbors the enigma of the legends surrounding the Gran Teatro Falla, where it is said that some souls still wander after losing their lives in a fire that occurred more than a hundred years ago. We will pass through the Plaza de San Antonio, where the story of the little girl with the piano awaits us. Spoiler: her music tormented the neighbors.

On Calle Novena, we will pause before a light bulb that has been illuminating for more than 90 years, an emblem with a captivating history related to the carnival of Cadiz. We will also visit the Plaza de Candelaria, where we will unveil the enigmatic cisterns that were used for secret activities and also functioned as meeting places for the Freemasons.

We cannot overlook the fascinating story of Carlos Cuarteroni, a Cadiz native whose life served as inspiration for the character of Sandokan.

To conclude our tour, we will head to the City Hall of Cadiz, formerly the Hospital de la Misericordia, a place where strange phenomena and disturbing apparitions have been reported.

If you like legends, mystery and strange stories, you can't miss it!
