Braga, the Capital of the Minho Region
Once in Braga, our first stop will be at the Sanctuary of Bom Jesus do Monte, one of the most iconic monuments in Braga and a highlight of this tour.
You’ll admire in awe the sight of the Baroque stairway climbing 116 meters up to the Church of Bom Jesus. It was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2019.

Afterwards, you’ll walk through the historical center of Braga with your tour guide, checking in at some of the most emblematic and picturesque places. You’ll have time to relax and enjoy a traditional Portuguese lunch in this fantastic environment.
Guimarães, the birthplace of Portugal

One of Guimarães biggest landmarks is its 10th-century castle, considered a national symbol. You’ll enjoy the entrance to this medieval monument that offers breathtaking views of the city. We’ll soon head to the Palace of the Bragança Dukes and visit the São Miguel Church.
