Osaka, nicknamed the “Kitchen of the Japanese Nation”, awaits us with a myriad of irresistible flavors.
Our first stop will be at Kuromon Market, a true gastronomic paradise filled with fresh ingredients and local delicacies. Here you will pay a visit to Wanaka, famous for its takoyaki, those irresistible octopus dumplings golden on the outside and creamy on the inside, considered a must-try street food in Osaka. They say that the key to their flavor is the speed with which they are eaten: don't let them get cold!
We will continue to a traditional Mitoya restaurant, where we will try Three Colour Dango Dumpling, a skewer of three colorful rice dumplings, a traditional Japanese sweet.
Further on you will enter the picturesque area of Hozenji, a corner full of charm and tradition. You will make a stop at Kushikatsu Yokozuna, located opposite Gigo, where you will enjoy two gems of Osaka cuisine: the delicious okonomiyaki, a fluffy pancake bursting with flavor, and kushikatsu, crispy skewers that are dipped in an irresistible special sauce (rules are sacred in Osaka).
To cap off this gastronomic adventure, you'll enjoy a delicious dessert at Egg Tart, a popular establishment famous for its irresistible custard tarts: a crispy puff pastry base with a soft, creamy filling, the perfect sweet touch to end the evening.
Afterwards, you will immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of Dotonbori, the beating heart of Osaka, where neon lights, giant billboards and hustle and bustle create a unique spectacle. You will stroll through its lively streets, admiring the dazzling neon signs that bring this iconic nightlife district to life.
Before concluding the tour, you will make a last stop at the iconic Ebisu Bridge, the ideal place to capture an unforgettable photo next to the famous Glico sign, one of the most recognizable symbols of the city.
Finally, you will return to the meeting point in front of the Royal Classic Osaka Hotel, taking with you not only the taste of authentic Osaka cuisine, but also an experience full of culture, tradition and the unmistakable essence of Osaka.
