Itinerary
This wine tour in Lisbon will take you exploring the Arrabida Wine Region. We'll start by crossing the Vasco da Gama Bridge over the Tagus river. At 17km, it’s one of the longest bridges in Europe.
Our first stop will be at Palmela Castle. There you can admire the surroundings of this vineyard region adorned by olive and cork trees. From here we will visit a family winery to begin our first tasting of the region's wines.
We will then stop at the highest point of the Arrábida National Park to admire its views over the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful beach of Portinho de Arrábida.
Lunch (not included in the price) will take place in the picturesque fishing village of Sesimbra, where you can relax and admire the local scenery. Then we will enjoy two new wines to taste (Red and Moscatel respectively) at a new stop at a winery in the village of Azeitão.
On our way back to Lisbon we will make a last stop at the Cristo Rei de Lisboa (inspired by the Cristo Redentor in Rio de Janeiro) to admire the wonderful views of Lisbon from the other side of the river before crossing the 25 de Abril bridge.
At the end of the tour we will return to Lisbon, where you can continue your adventures.
